My 1 night in Venice were very lovely. Spotless and perfect rooms had central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. Enjoyable breakfast with freshly made coffee, and the staff was exceptional. The location was marvellous and easy for walking around a stone arch bridge. There was a good restaurant within a close distance from the hotel.

Enjoyed the room on sound-proofing, my bed was very comfy. The breakfast was wonderful with freshly made coffee, the best I had in Venice.

Fairly clean hotel in an amazing building near to the centre where the bridge and restaurants are located and the railway station and the Piazzale Roma where buses and taxis depart from and water buses/ taxi's. Very central location, just a short stroll away from a historic Jewish quarter. Also, in water bus Murano Island.

The double room was top-class on the higher floors and the location was marvellous and lovely. The staff were very welcoming and incredible hole time of my stay. I spent here 1 excellent day and would go back in flash.

The hotel is fairly clean, with consistently courteous personal, and offers marvellous and beautiful location so close to tourist attractions and the train station and other transport links and two vaporetto. The breakfast is scrumptious and enjoyable. It is reasonably priced.

Both rooms we booked were top-class and immaculate with a traditional venetian style, comfort for the money.

It is fairly clean, charming small hotel and the staff is exceptionally nice. The rooms here are tidy and immaculate with fridge. The location of the venue is marvellous, very close to a railroad station. The place is very close to Venice downtown. Every time we stay in Venice, like to stay here.

I didn't feel like leaving.

Appreciated my good stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to return there. Homey venue, the staff were absolutely pleasant. The location was wonderful and incredible, really close to the transport, a calm and quiet alley and the train station, canal, and tourists. I tried quick meals at Relax & Caffe, within 700 feet of the hotel. Everything was good, nevertheless a few employees were very unprofessional.

All the services were impeccable. We booked queen room with freshly made coffee and could use wake-up service, available in it.

Excellent location near train station and Grand Canal, friendly and professional staff, good water pressure in the shower, heat pump and air con in room, selection of tea and coffee at breakfast, included breakfast in room rate.

small room. Breakfast at 7:30, we checked out at 7:00, so we didn't appreciate it.

The room is spacious and close to the station.
